God’s word is eternal
Rex Raphael
God's Word Is Eternal
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away (Matthew 24:35). Everything you see — every system, every empire, every age — has an expiration date. God's Word does not.
The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever (Isaiah 40:8). Kingdoms rise and crumble. Cultures shift. Opinions change with the seasons. But what God has spoken remains fixed — unmoved, unchanged, and unshaken.
This is not merely about the survival of a book. It is about the nature of the One who spoke it. God's Word is eternal because God Himself is eternal. His Word carries His character — it cannot lie, it cannot fail, and it cannot return to Him empty (Isaiah 55:11).
When you build your life on His Word, you build on the only foundation that will never give way. Everything else is sand. His Word is rock — yesterday, today, and forever.
